Before I published the book as an e-book I wanted to get some feed back so I gave it to a few people who gave me their opinions and helped make it more readable.

Dear Brian,

The first thing I wish to do is to apologize to you Brian as with my Medical background I could not see how eating raw food could make the difference but when I saw you in the bucket of your tractor cutting a tree with a chain saw I realized that I was wrong and you have proven that it works. So I started eating raw vegetables and fruit along with drinking freshly prepared juices on 31st October 2009.

To date I have already lost 2.2 Kilo's the pain in my knees has diminished so that from about the 15th November I have not had to take pain killer, Oesto Panadol 665mg or Fish Oil or Glucosamine 1500mg. That is a good savings as a side effect.

I can now cross my knees for period's of time without the aching and the pain levels has reduced in just three and half weeks.

I could not have believed it would have reduced this much, but it has.

When I first rang you it was in desperation as I was going to make an appointment to have both knees replaced very soon as climbing stairs was hard, and possible moving to a single story house, so if it continues I will not have to as it will not be needed.

I will be seeing my Dr soon to have my Cholesterol test and hopefully come off my Liptor 10mg daily I have tried other stuff without any real success so will let you know the results.
